Lake Street

Leads to the foreshore. Seems to have been originally part of Warner's early subdivision. The Lake Macquarie Performing Arts Centre is in this street. During the 1960s Frith's Foodland Store opened in Lake Street and in 1970 this was sold to Savemores Ltd. The first dentist in Warners Bay, AR (Bob) Chapman opened his surgery in Lake Street in 1958, opposite the Community Hall (now the Performing Arts Centre).
