Peppermint Road
Peppermint, also known as Mentha balsamea, is a hybrid mint and is a cross between watermint and spearmint. It is indigenous to Europe and the Middle East and is now cultivated in many parts of the world. Peppermint contains terpenoids and flavonoids and is used as a flavouring, and as a herb in cooking and herbal teas.
