- Funeral procession of John Thomas Conn at Boolaroo on Friday 1st October 1909. Mr Conn was accidentally killed by being struck on the head with a crowbar while working at the Sulphide Works, Cockle Creek. He was 47 years old and left a widow and 6 children. Note Boolaroo school on the right. (jpeg)
