Bellevue Lane was part of the 'Lorne' subdivision in 1881 on land granted to E. B. Docker. 'Belle View' was the name of the house of early settlers, the Fennels' (Dulcie Hartley). Landcom developed an extension of Bellevue Lane in 2004.
