Fernleigh Place

Fernleigh Place was developed by Dovla Pty. Ltd. in 1984. The Redhead Coal Co. tunnel and rail loop were constructed in the 1800's, these were named Fernleigh in 1925. In 1984, the railway was nearing its end. Later the name Fernleigh was chosen for the track to be built along the old rail corridor. Fernleigh is a town in the U.K.
