The Boulevarde
Subdivided in 1891 DP 2505 by the Excelsior Land Co. it was originally called Toronto Boulevarde. It is a wide street with trees, seats, and cafes on the sidewalks. It is the commercial hub of the district. The RSL Club (built 1960); Post Office, Uniting Church and Baptist Church is in this street. The School of Arts, The Coolabah Café, Bus Depot, YMCA, Library, and Co-op Store used to be in this street.
