Bushells Ridge Road was named from a locality in Wyong LGA. A section of Bushells Ridge Road is part of the boundary between Lake Macquarie and Wyong Council areas. A part of Gosford Road was renamed Bushells Ridge Road by LMCC Folio 60, notified in The Post 6 January 2008.
