Awaba School 1891 - 1991, Doug Saxon

Doug Saxon researched and published Bark Hut or Horse to Toronto : Awaba School 1891-1991 to celebrate the centenary of Awaba Public School in 1991. The author set the book out in stages, each stage corresponding to the period of various Principals. Through recording the history of Awaba Public School, wider social, economic and educational policies over the 100 year period are also explored.
