Lawrence Avenue

Gazetted on 20 May 2016 (Folio 1144). Lawrence Avenue is part of a collection of streets named after World War 1 and World War 2 service men from Wyee and surrounding districts. Their names are noted on the Honour Roll Board in the local Community Hall and the Doyalson RSL. Trooper Arthur Samuel Lawrence and LAC Samuel Arthur Lawrence are two such men who served in World War 2.
