Bethshan Cemetery is located next to the Bethshan Ministries complex at Wyee. The complex comprises an aged care facility, retirement village, conference centre and community church. The Bethshan Holiness Mission was formed in 1908 and the cemetery appears to have commenced a few years later. The earliest inscription is for 1920.
