Lake Macquarie History

Cameron Park Drive

Upon leaving Lake Macquarie LGA into Minmi, the road becomes Woodford Street and Lenaghans Drive connecting with the F3 Freeway. Cameron Park Drive was named after Ian Cameron, in 1983. He was one of the founders of speedway and motorbike racing in Australia. The Cameron Park Kart Raceway is here. This is part of Main Road 7768.
