    Subdivision Estate Maps. Signature of Henry J Halloran dated 23rd November 1939. Henry Ferdinand Halloran (1869-1953), was a realtor, property developer and early town planning advocate. Many of his developments were in coastal areas of Wollongong, Newcastle and Jervis Bay. He was one of the first developers to adopt the use of colourful sales brochures and maps and showman-like sales techniques.
