Guna Street
Two meanings can be derived from the Aboriginal word 'guna'. One meaning is 'elbow', which possibly refers to the shape of the street. The second meaning is a reference to a 'toilet'. (Source: L.E. Threlkeld). Guna Street leads to the Kahibah Sportsground, which was, in earlier times, the sanitary depot. Guna Street was named before 1955.
