Willow Road

There are many species of willow (including cricket bat willow) the native willow is an acacia. Willow Road was built in 1965 by the Housing Commission in Gateshead West . Crossing over the Charlestown Bypass Road, Willow Road gives access to Mount Hutton and Windale and in the other direction, to the Pacific Highway.
