Pandel Avenue
Named after the landowner Phillip Pandel, He owned a 12-acre property, where he had a market garden. There were 2 dams on the property. Prior to this a large piggery owned by Seftons had been on the property. Eventually much of it became Glendale East School ground. Built in 1962. The Pandel family said Hawkins constructed the street.
