Kenibea Avenue
Kenibea is an Aboriginal word meaning 'swan' (Source: "Australian Place Names" by J.S. Ryan). Kenibea was the name of a railway station on the Belmont line. Kenibea Avenue was in a 1921 subdivision held by Assurance and Thrift Association.
