Lake Macquarie History

Eddie Peterson Memorial Park, Wakefield

Named after Wakefield resident Thomas Edward (Eddie) Peterson who was very active in local affairs including watering & rolling the tennis court and mowing the park. He died aged 51 and the residents asked that the park be named after him.
